Meg Gray is physically demonstrative. Her cotton candy hair, her devotion to loud combinations that are still somehow conservative, her eclectic vocabulary. What most sets this freelance stylist / ex-Vogue editor apart is her distinctive approach to clothing, which is refreshingly abstract and quite simply joyful. After styling both Flannel SS13 shows this year, and plans to work more in the FLANNEL world, we rolled out a quick q and a with the flower-bud that is Meg Gray. You can also view Meg's world at her GIF-laden site Gray Gardens.

If you could have anyone's wardrobe, from any era, who would it be?
Some one with a hell of a lot of Couture, be fun to dress up
everyday no? Or maybe Lee Radziwell's wardrobe she is more than a little
amazing! Or maybe I would go all Kenzo in the 70's, pheasant dresses and
the like or all Valentino. Decisions, decisions.
Best style advice you can give?
Buy silver shoes they go with everything.
Thank you Meg!!
