It tastes like America.....x

Salted Caramel and Chocolate Slice

base
1 cup plain flour
1 cup coconut
1 cup brown sugar
130 gm butter, melted
middle
1/2 cup salted peanuts
395 gm can condensed milk
2 tblspns treacle
30 gm butter
top
150 gm dark chocolate, melted

mix first 4 ingredients together and press into a greased cake tin ( about 30cmx20cm )
bake at 175 degrees for 10 mins

while that is baking, melt together the condensed milk, treacle, butter and peanuts ( peanuts don't melt! ) stir constantly for 5 minutes
pour onto hot biscuit base and return to oven for another 10 minutes

allow to cool slightly, then pour melted chocolate on top

slice into chunks when cold
( keep in fridge )

OMG it is to die for!! x
