Aunty Lizzie's Chilli and Lemon Hommus

2 x 400g cans drained and rinsed chickpeas
1 long chopped red chilli
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbspn olive oil
2 teaspn grated lemon rind
1/2 teaspn ground cumin
sea salt

blend chilli and garlic together
add rest of ingredients to blender
until smooth paste
store in fridge
